Documents A valid passport is required for entry into the BVI.
Children : The Sugar Mill is not generally suited to children under 11 years of age. We may accept a strictly limited number of children.
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking for all stays. On all inclusive and packages the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Deposits less the first nights stay are refundable only if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival.
Between 30 days before and the date of arrival the balance of 50% is taken. Once the full amount is taken there are no refunds

Notice of 60 days required on Christmas and New Years reservations.
For Group/Special Occasion Reservations, the Sugar Mill has a minimum 60 day prior to arrival cancellation policy in order to issue a full refund.
All cancellations are subject to a charge for the first nights stay
Meals, beverages, hotel service charges, room taxes, airport transfers are not included unless otherwise specified. BVI has an airport departure tax of $20 per person and a tax of $20 per person payable on arrival.
There is also an environmental tax of $10 per person payable on arrival. Laundry service is available at at additional charge.
Sugar Mill, the tour operator and cooperating agents, hereby give notice in providing tickets and coupons and all other services offered herein that all arrangements for services, transportation and accommodation are made by them upon the express condition that they shall not be liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation or other services or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect to of any person or property however caused or arising. Said transportation or hotel services are subject to the local laws of the city state where provided. Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance.
The passengers' tickets in use by the carriers when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchaser of these tickets and/or passenger.
